I bought this and couldn't wait for it to be delivered. It was the perfect size for me. I was really disappointed. When I received it, it looked like all of the hardware had brown shoe polish on it, even the zipper. Because of this stain, or whatever it was, the zipper did not want to open and close unless you really tugged on it. Also, the clasp that connects the strap to the bag had this on it. Looked like it was dipped in the brown color. The clasp was stuck closed and it took me a while to force it open to put on the bag, but then it would not snap back closed. Whatever the paint/stain/polish is that they used, would not allow the spring to work on the clasp. I felt this was way too much money for something of this quality. I sent it back the next day.
