I really wanted to love this, however, I just couldn't. :(The color is amazing, and it smelled amazing (real leather) but the crossbody function was made for a kid.I'm 5ft and have a large chest - I couldn't get this over my boob! it literally hung right under my armpits, and the cord was chaffing my neck. WTH needless to say it was returned.Really nice leather. Frye products are always excellent quality. I ordered this purse & the clasp one the cross strap was broken. I liked it so much that I didn’t want to return it in case there wasn’t another one. So, Amazon suggested I order another one then return the defective purse once I received the 2nd one. The new one came and the clasp worked great. I think the first purse was broken during shipment ask it was only wrapped with plastic bubble wrap that wasn’t very thick. Anyway, I love it!The first time to use the item the phone holder the straps came off. I am shocked that a frye leather item would break. Very disappointedThe leather and color or nice. Workmanship is okay. However, it is awkward to carry. Only one slip pocket in the phone pouch. All I can load is my credit card holder in the narrow pouch. My keys do not fit in there nor in the smaller pouch. The iPhone does fit the cell phone pouch. I can carry more in a light mini-bag without the bulk.Like the majority of Frye bags, the crossbody strap actually isn't long enough to wear this across your body, so it's not functional.My phone fits perfectly! It is nice and fits inside my larger bag.I love this bag! Frye always has quality! I love that you can unhook and only carry the one you need. Great idea. I got this as a gift. I wanted it so bad and got it for my birthday. YAY for me and having the BEST sister ever!!!! Previous reviews say you can't wear it as a crossbody. Not true. I have plenty of strap for right length. I am 5'7" and smaller chest. Not sure if that could be it. The picture shows it is long enough too. It was important for me to write this review cause I do not want anyone to miss out on a great concept crossbody. I got the grey and love the color!Love the quality. Look, and easy access to everything I need.
