Particularly love that it's vegan leather and has a nice heft and feel to it and seems gray quality. It has 2 open inside pockets ( my phone fits perfect) and a slightly larger zippered one. There's a front vertical zippered pocket and a smaller open one on the back which are very roomy. It feels very comfortable to me as a cross body bag. Hopefully it passes the test of time!!!!
