Purchased for travel and for days that require a lot of walking around. Love the amount of space in this bag and all of the pockets, but the strap design could use some work.In the main compartment I’ve managed to fit a 20 oz water bottle, small umbrella, snap and shoot digital camera, a packable rain jacket, and a sunglasses case. With all of that stuff in the main, the large outer zip pocket easily fits a small wallet, phone, keys, and a granola bar. Amazingly, the bag doesn’t look super bulky when completely packed. The hardware on the strap is pretty solid, and the strap can be adjusted to a lot of different length preferences. I’ve walked around in a light drizzle for about 2 hours with the bag on the outside of my rain jacket (no umbrella that day) and everything inside stayed dry, but TBD on how it does in a downpour.My issue with the strap is that the material is pretty slick and it has the tendency to slide on my shoulder and dig into my neck, even when I haven’t loaded up the bag. It’s not too bad if you have a collar, but I find myself adjusting the strap to be further out on my shoulder almost constantly, especially if the shirt/jacket material is also slick. Will continue to try different strap lengths to see if that helps, but this may be a wear-with-cotton-tops only type of bag.
